2011 Dues Breakdown
CRAR will stay the same: $120.00 This is the least amount you can pay, this is for a quarter
NAR Annual Dues for 2011: $115.00 They require members to pay annual amount in January
UAR Annual Dues for 2011: $210.00 They require members to pay annual amount in January
Total: $445.00 This amount will take care of CRAR dues until 2nd Quarter
*If you chose to pay the least amount, $360.00 will still be owed for the
rest of the year which you may pay a quarter at a time throughout 2011*

Least amount due Jan. 1, 2011: $445.00
Yearly amount due Jan. 1, 2011: $805.00

Basic Breakdown:
Dues are always due on the first day of each Quarter. If you pay after the 15th of the first month of the Quarter, you will be charged a late fee.
You may pay in advance, or more than that, if you prefer.
Our current Quarter will be in bold:
1st Quarter: January 1-March 31
2nd Quarter: April 1-June 30
3rd Quarter: July 1-September 30
4th Quarter: October 1-December 31

Please remember that your dues for the WFRMLS are separate from what we charge. Dues are prorated for New Agents meaning: the months New Agents have not been with us, will be deducted from the cost when they join.
