Please Note: 
3rd Quarter dues deadline: July 1st, 2008.  Late fees acrue July 15th, 2008.
If dues are not paid in full by July 31st, 2008 members will be suspended.

 

Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® 2008 Dues

 

 

Designated Realtor dues:

   

Cache-Rich Assoc. dues were due January 1, 2008, but we allowed the option to pay per quarter. 

Take a look at your records to see if you what you have paid.  

 

Current quarterly dues are due: April 1, 2008.  Late fees will accrue April 15, 2008. 

If dues still have not been paid by April 30, 2008, members will be suspended. 
You may pay by check, with a card over the phone, or you may do it on line from home. 

 

This is our current billing cycle:

 

Dues are due on the first day of each Quarter.  You may pay in advance if you prefer. 

Keep in mind that billing for 2009 will start toward the end of this year, 2008.

Here are the dates of each Quarter:

 

1st Quarter: January 1-March 31        2nd Quarter: April 1-June 30   

 

3rd Quarter: July 1-September 30      4th Quarter: October 1-December 31

First quarter dues total included NAR, UAR, and CRAR: $365.00

 

To pay the rest of the year dues for CRAR: $360.00

 

NAR and UAR dues were due January 1, 2008 and were paid for the year.

As a New Agents your dues will be prorated.  This means that the months you have not been with us will be deducted from your cost when you join.  Because of this, you will need to get in touch with your Broker for the total amount.  You may also get in touch with us, and we will be glad to assist you.
