Article XIII

Section 1: Appointments to the Professional Standards Committee and Grievance Committee shall be consistent with the cooperative Professional Standards Enforcement Agreement of the Board.

Section 2: Standing Committees. (a) The President and President-Elect shall appoint from among the REALTOR® and Affiliated Members, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, the following standing Committees including a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman:

Equal Opportunity, Legislative & Political Affairs, Membership, Risk Reduction, RPAC,

(b) The President and President-Elect shall appoint from among the REALTOR® and Affiliated Members, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, the following standing Committees, including a Committee Chairman and Vice-Chairman, and these committees may have up to 50% Affiliate Members:

Community Service & Public Relations, Education, Orientation, Programs & Business Mtgs., Zoning and Land Use

(c) The President and President-Elect shall appoint from among the REALTOR® Members, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, the following Task Forces including a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman:

Affiliates, Awards, Budget & Finance, Bylaws, Member Services, Nominations, Strategic Planning, Web page.

Section 3: Special Committees. The President, shall appoint, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors, special committees as the President may deem necessary.

Section 4: Organization. All Committees shall be of such size and shall have such duties, functions, and powers as may be assigned to them by the President or the Board of Directors, except as otherwise provided in these Bylaws.

Section 5: President. The President shall be an ex-officious member of all committees of the Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® and shall be notified of their meetings.
