Article I
Section 1. Name. The name of this organization shall be the CACHE-RICH ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, Incorporated, hereinafter referred to as the "Association".
Section 2. REALTORS®. Inclusion and retention of the Registered Collective Membership Mark REALTORS® in the name of the Association shall be governed by the Constitution and Bylaws of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, as from time to time amended.
