No repeats are allowed on Home Tour. This means if you have put one of your listings on Home Tour once, you may not do it again. The deadline is every Monday by 1:00p.m. SHARP. There are no exceptions to either of these rules.

The above is the information we need to put your listing on Home Tour. Please keep your remarks short, we have limited space.
To those of you who are unfamiliar with Home Tour, these are some basics:
We map out the Home Tours to the best of our ability, but you may choose the order in which you visit each house.
We do not take "roll" or monitor Home Tour. This means you do not need to come to our office to check in. You just drive to each listing and view the Home on behalf of your clients, and sometimes yourself.
Several offices carpool so check with your office and see what they do because we will not be able to tell you.
There are some offices that have one person call in or submit the listings. Be sure that you are aware of how your office takes care of this.
Once received, listings will be online within 24 business hours.
As long as you see the word "DRAFT" on the top of the Home Tour page, this means it is not completed. We are not required to have Home Tour "FINAL" until 5:00p.m. on Mondays. There may be times when it is finalized earlier.
