As a member of the CRAR, you may elect to access the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This service provides a full range of computer-based options, including: area residential and commerical listings, e-mail, and prospecting, financial functions such as a buyer qualification estimator, loan amortization and investment and depreciation analysis. The system is completely "Broker Load" and geographically covers the Utah/Idaho border on the North, and through Washington County on the South.
